Welcome to GGT

Gökova Geometry / Topology Conferences were inaugurated in 1992, and held at the scenic Gökova Bay next to a forest preserve. Since its inception GGT has been supported by (TUBITAK) Turkish Scientific and Technical Research Council (1992-2014), (NSF) National Science Foundation (2005-2019), (TMD) Turkish Mathematical Society (1992, 2015-2019, 2022, 2023), (IMU) International Mathematical Union (1992, 2004, 2007), (ERC) European Research Council (2016, 2017), Foundation Compositio Mathematica (2023). Over the years the topics of these conferences were chosen from the exciting subjects of Geometry and Topology; usually the most recent developments taking the front stage.
